Class Descriptions      

Pilates mat - This is a traditional STOTT PILATES® mat class to help strengthen, lengthen and align your body. Your teacher will help you with modifications if needed.

Advanced mat - We've pumped up the choreography and the pace! This is a traditional STOTT PILATES® class with no modifications using the intermediate and advanced level exercises. You must have approval from you instructor before joining this class.

Pilates Core Challenge - Mix it up! We've mixed up the traditional mat class and will add the bands, balls, triade balls, bosu, fitness circles...you never know!

Wee Pilates - A class for pre-schoolers ages 3-5 years old. This is a fun movement class for wee ones to help them with body awareness, using cues and props appropriate for the age.

CARDIOLATES® - This invigorating workout will burn fat and calories and strengthen every cell in your body while working in its optimal alignment.

CARDIOLATES® Express - We've taken the traditional CARDIOLATES® class and made it fit into your lunch hour! We will infuse some Pilates mat exercises into this workout to give you an intense interval workout. This class is 45 minutes long

Core Combo - in this class we will start on the rebounder with a warm-up and then get your heart rate up with CARDIOLATES® then we will take it down to the mat for some intense strengthening with traditional STOTT PILATES® mat exercises.

Bridal Boot Camp - getting ready to walk down the aisle? We have special programs just for you!

Semi-private groups - have a group of 3 or 4 friends that would like to workout together? Call the studio to set up a time and then you decide, mat work, balls, bands, CARDIOLATES® or a little of all of it!
